[Translate to Englisch:] Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

Scope

The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between participants in courses, training seminars and educational holidays and the KCIG Academy, Cologne. The KCIG Academy is a trademark of KCIG Prime GmbH.

Binding registration

For all events, registration is required. Telephone, written and personal declarations are binding and oblige you to pay the specified tuition fees upon receipt of an invitation / seminar confirmation that we send to you in time before the seminar. Since we cannot take any responsibility for postal delivery, you need to call us, you have not received a confirmation of registration 5 days prior to the event. The acceptance of business terms and conditions is confirmed with your registration.

Execution

The KCIG Academy reserves the right to cancel any courses with insufficient numbers of participants no later than 5 days before the start of the course (in case education leave has been granted no later than 8 days before the course). Paid registration fees will be fully refunded in this case. This also applies to the case that we have to cancel an event due to other unforeseeable reasons (illness of the teacher, force majeure) on short notice. Further claims of registered participants do not exist. All seminars are, unless stated otherwise, accessible for everyone older than 18 years.

Withdrawal/cancellation

In case of cancellation up to two weeks before the course starts are no costs will be charged to the participant. In case of cancellation up to one week before the seminar 50% of the course fees will be charged. In case of cancelling earlier than a week prior to the seminar the full fee will be charged if no participant is appointed to participate on behalf of the participant cancelling. These conditions are binding and accepted by registering for a course. They also apply in case of illness. Non-attendance without cancellation, even in case of illness, does not relieve the obligation to pay. The non-use of single-day events does not entitle you to a discount of course fees.

Data storage

The participants of KCIG Academy services agree to the processing of their business related data. In no case will the data be disclosed for commercial purposes.

Liability

Participation in all courses is voluntary and at your own risk. A liability for damages and losses will not be accepted. Natural disasters, traffic disturbances, disturbances in energy and raw material supply, disease of the speakers and other cases of force majeure, for which the KCIG Academy is not /cannot be made responsible relieve the KCIG from their duty of executing the event for the period of existence of such unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstance. In these cases, the KCIG Academy is not liable for compensation, especially not for the refund of lost work. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Cologne.

Additional agreements

Any supplementary agreement requires the written form.
