In today’s modern, global workplace, inter-cultural communication forms the cornerstone to developing a complete strategy for business wide communication. The way business is done in China is naturally different from the way business is done in England, and different again for Spain, or Japan – Understanding the business practices and communications techniques of those cultures with which you work, or plan to work with, results in a smooth, effective, mutually beneficial decision making process.

 

This course focusses on promoting awareness and sensitivity to both individuals and foreign business cultures, in order to foster the most practical and understanding methods of communication. Our workshop takes a hands-on approach, by teaching through interactive role play, first-hand experience and a “Do’s and Don’ts” cultural crash course.

For all employees of any organisation that currently, or in the future intend to, conduct business while working with international partners, customers and employees.

By the end of this workshop, attendees will have developed a strong sense of cultural sensitivity and understanding, they will be able to seamlessly communicate with their international partners, customers and co-workers, and be able to:
